上海市信息服务外包发展中心和龙软共同协调与推动拥有30家企业的软件外包企业联盟建立以及上海龙软联合软件外包出口基地建立，基地落户闸北区万荣路，占地约三万平方米，基地是一个针对软件出口构建的综合服务平台，实现服务共享、知识共享。同时弥补单一企业或单一教育机构无法满足多领域多用户的多层次需求，并能够为内部成员与外部客户提供更多专业技能、更长时间、更大领域的服务。

    Promoted by Shanghai Information Service Outsourcing Development Center, the Dragonsoft outsourcing alliance (30 vendors included) established in Shanghai 2007. The covered area of the project is about 30,000 square meters. There is various and adequate services for the vendors in the alliance base to promote the business capability of them. Recently, the alliance had won a long-term contract from Japan.
